Two Ladies Bare Cleavage At Their Matriculation Ceremony In Uniport

Two Beautiful ladies, who gained admission into the University of Port-Harcourt, 2016/2017 session have caused commotion after they showed up for their matriculation ceremony in cleavage baring outfits.

As Freshers of the renowned University, they didn’t care what the rules stated, they perhaps don’t play by the rules!
